Opis

Ale lives in “Aldea Rosa,” a shantytown made up of trans women and gay men living on the margins of society. While collecting cardboard, she comes across the diary of Mía, a young woman who died, leaving behind her husband Manuel and their little daughter Julia. As Ale reads the diary, she feels deeply connected and decides to find the girl in order to return it. This gesture leads to an intimate and transformative relationship between Ale and the child, one that questions traditional notions of family, identity, and caregiving. The film also explores themes of discrimination, intolerance, marginalization, and social exclusion, while celebrating the human capacity for love and dignity in the face of adversity.
